The challenge

In the increasingly competitive Middle East food scene, gourmet group Bateel required a fresh approach to content creation. Senior leadership had identified a lack of awareness of the quality and craft behind Bateel’s products and dishes.

The solution

Hired as Senior Manager of Content Creation, I forged close relationships with Bateel’s chefs and brought on a trusted videographer to help bring untold stories to life. Bateel’s culinary quality was artfully conveyed in every visual and written asset, from chef interviews to cooking videos and product launches. My passion and knowledge of food helped to bridge the gap between the culinary and marketing teams, creating engaging content viewed by over 20 million consumers across the brand’s digital channels and physical locations.
