With a BA in Architecture and a diploma in Journalism, I developed a niche specialism in architecture and design editorial for B2B titles.
Relocating to Dubai in 2008 to write for real estate title Cityscape, I later became Editor of the Design portfolio at ITP Media Group. This senior leadership role involved managing a team of writers and designers to produce Middle East Architect and Commercial Interior Design, while contributing daily to Construction Week Online. As an established voice in the industry, I was headhunted to be the Managing Editor of a new monthly construction magazine, Middle East Consultant, in 2014.
My bylined work from this period includes interviews with leading architects, international building reviews, as well as opinion pieces for external publications such as the UK’s highly-respected RIBA Journal.
